Soft Touch Aqueous Coatings are translucent and produce a soft, tactile, velvety feel to the touch. They develop excellent adhesion when applied to paper and paperboard substrates. Our coatings experts can help you decide which formulation is suited for your use and project.

SoftTouch™ is a translucent waterbase coating designed for flexo, gravure, gapped rod, or smooth roller application—alone or over ink. SoftTouch™ is a specialty product for paper, paperboard, and on selected foils and plastics used to create luxurious aesthetics, a tactile velvety feel, while providing translucency and protection.

Soft Touch Aqueous coating formulations are also available for coating onto selected plastic substrates. Available also are aqueous coatings containing fragrances. These water based coatings are proven high quality, distinctive performers when used in the production of conventional and inmold labels providing stellar results.
