Over the course of his career, he has continually evolved and taken on new challenges, beginning as a Production Foreman, then advancing to Plant Manager, followed by leadership in Research & Development within Technical Service, and ultimately serving as a Technical Sales Manager. Each role reflects not only his technical expertise, but also his ability to lead, adapt, and deliver value across the organization.
